Service due dates from miles or calendar, inspection scheduling, shop follow-ups, and vendor coordination, including maintenance vendor contact once autonomy is granted for it.
Communication
The draft-outbox for everything external: broker emails the AI has composed, driver messages, check-call scripts, and document requests. Each waits in the task it belongs to, so approvals happen with full context.
Bookkeeping Hygiene
The small flags that prevent big pain: rate confirmations missing or pending signature, rate-con links needed, COI setup requirements after a booking, bank detail changes, surfaced the moment the condition is detected, not at month-end.
Not every enabled type fires in every org, an enabled definition means the emitter will create the task if the matching event occurs in your operation. Your queue reflects your freight, not the whole catalog.
