Your load offers
Ask "Show my load offers from this week" and Freigent lists the broker offers that reached the email connected to Freigent in the last 7 days (ask for up to 30): lane, broker, rate and rate per mile, with replied offers first. Open one to see the full offer, your saved minimum for it, and what Freigent would counter.

Counters from your own numbers
Freigent works out a counter and a walk-away number from your minimum, and from how far brokers moved on that lane in your own past Freigent bookings once you have five there. It never quotes a market rate, and your minimum never goes in the email. It will not send a counter below your minimum.
The assistant drafts the reply, Freigent shows you the exact email with From and To, and it goes out only after you approve it, in the same email thread, and only to the broker on file for the offer (or a colleague at the same company). An accept is sent only from a draft you reviewed, after your explicit accept.
After you reply
- Reminders: ask Freigent to remind you if the broker goes quiet; the offer shows as a follow-up due. It sends nothing on its own.
- Booked: when the broker's reply agrees to your number, the card offers Mark booked at that rate, and a booking you marked can be undone. If their rate confirmation has also arrived, Freigent marks it booked for you; Not booked? undoes it.
The free plan includes 10 negotiations a month (one counts once the broker replies) and up to 50 loads started. On the free plan, one line from Freigent is added below your replies.
Approve or decline pending tasks, one at a time
Ask "What needs my approval?" to see the pending tasks Freigent's AI is holding for you, why it proposed each one, and decline or approve them one at a time, by name. Each item needs its own yes or no; "approve all" is refused. Protected Safety tasks (drug tests, accident investigations, FMCSA items), driver assignments and accounting tasks are completed in the Freigent app, not from chat. Approving a held reply, and anything that moves money, sends a rate confirmation or an invoice, is done in the Freigent app, and the chat links you there.
Rate confirmations and the rest of the app
The plugin does not read rate confirmations. In the Freigent app, upload a broker's rate con when you add a load (New Load) and Freigent reads it and fills in the load. Dispatch, invoicing and compliance also live in the app.
Freigent in ChatGPT and Claude does not search load boards. Ask it questions about Freigent itself and it answers from these docs.
