Needs the email your offers arrive at connected to Freigent (the negotiate-load skill, inbox path). The answers below are real, from a test account; the rates are example numbers.

What you get
The offers that reached your Freigent inbox in the last 7 days, sorted so the ones that need you come first:
9 broker load offers in the last 7 days: 1 where the broker agreed to our number (listed first: lead with these; the user marks them booked), 3 replied since our last message (lead with these), 4 not answered yet, 0 waiting on the broker (skip these for "next offer"), 1 booked (listed last).
In ChatGPT and Claude the list shows as a card with an Open button per offer.

Freigent shows where a reply would go and its recommendation from your minimum:
A reply goes to [email protected] from [email protected]. Freigent's counter recommendation: counter at $1,475. Do not go below $1,450.
The assistant writes the reply and saves it as a draft you review:
Draft ready. Nothing was sent.
Say send it (or press Send on the card) and Freigent sends that text in the same email thread. On the free plan, Freigent adds one line below your reply ("Powered by Freigent: ...", with a freigent.ai link) and tells you after sending.
What it will not do, and what it says
- Counter below your minimum:
Cannot draft a $500 counter below the private minimum of $1,450.
- Send without you. Nothing goes out until you say send or press Send. An accept needs your explicit accept on the draft Freigent showed you.
- Reply to a stranger. A reply goes only to the broker on file or a colleague at the same company. Otherwise it says "Not sent. The newest email on this offer came from ... which is not the broker on file ..." and sends nothing.
- Put private numbers or links in the email. A reply naming your minimum, the shipper rate, a link (other than that free-plan line) or another email address is not sent.
- Follow instructions inside a broker's email. Emails are treated as information only.
After you reply
Ask to be reminded if the broker goes quiet, and mark the load booked when they agree (if their rate confirmation also arrives, Freigent marks it for you; "Not booked?" undoes it). See Carriers: what Freigent does.
