Today: in the Freigent app
The current plugin (1.0.11) does not read rate confirmations in chat. In the Freigent app, add the load with New Load and upload the broker's rate con: Freigent reads it and fills in the load (broker, rate, stops, detention terms). If it cannot read the file, New Load tells you and asks you to fill in the fields.
In testing: review a rate con from chat
Reviewing a rate con from ChatGPT or Claude is in testing and not in the current plugin. A real answer from a test account (example rates), for a rate con not yet linked to a load:
Rate confirmation 100 (no load linked yet) from Synthetic Desert Test Brokerage LLC. Rate: the rate confirmation says $1,850. No agreed rate is on file for this load (no booking decision and no load rate), so it was not compared. Detention on the rate con: $50 per hour, 120 free minutes. Not compared: no agreed detention terms are on file to check against. Checked: rate against the agreed rate. Listed only, not checked: detention, stop times, equipment, payment terms, other fine print.
What it checks, in plain words: the rate against the rate you agreed, when the rate con is linked to its load and an agreed rate is on file. Everything else (detention, stop times, equipment, payment terms, fine print) is listed for you to read, not checked.
