Overview
Freigent connects to the tools carriers already use — ELDs, accounting software, fuel cards, load boards, and factoring companies. You don't have to replace your existing setup; Freigent layers on top of it.
ELD & Fleet Management
These integrations give Freigent real-time visibility into your fleet — driver locations, hours of service, vehicle diagnostics, and inspection data.
Motive (KeepTruckin)
- Real-time HOS data for all drivers
- GPS vehicle tracking
- Available drive hours
- Vehicle diagnostics
- DVIR (inspection) data
Samsara
- HOS clocks and compliance status
- GPS tracking with breadcrumb trails
- Violation monitoring and alerts
- Temperature monitoring (reefer trailers)
Geotab (MyGeotab)
- DVIR reports
- Vehicle diagnostics and fault codes
- Engine data
- Driver behavior scoring
Verizon Connect
- Real-time tracking
- HOS compliance
- Oil field compliance features
- Route history
Omnitracs
- HOS logs
- Real-time vehicle locations
- DVIR compliance
- Driver messaging
How ELD integration works:
- Connect your ELD account in Settings > Integrations
- Freigent syncs driver and vehicle data
- Real-time HOS data flows into the Fleet Board
- Driver assignment engine uses HOS data to prevent violations
- GPS data feeds into load monitoring and status updates
Accounting Software (Coming Soon)
QuickBooks Online, Xero, and FreshBooks integrations are in development. For now, invoices and reports can be exported as CSV for import into your accounting software.
Fuel Cards (Coming Soon)
Fuel card integrations with WEX Fleet, Comdata, EFS, Fleet One, and RTS Carrier Services are in development. These will auto-import transactions and feed into IFTA reporting. Fuel expenses can be entered manually in the meantime.
Factoring Companies
Freigent tracks which invoices have been factored and which are outstanding. You submit invoices to your factoring company through their portal; Freigent keeps the status organized on your end.
Carriers using OTR Solutions or HaulPay can track funding status and document packages from the Freigent accounting dashboard.
Load Boards (Chrome Extension)
Freigent's Chrome extension works with DAT and Truckstop load boards:
- Browse loads on the load board as usual
- Click a load to pull it into Freigent
- AI evaluates the rate instantly
- Book directly or start a negotiation
- Load details auto-populate in Freigent (no re-typing)
The extension works alongside the load board — it doesn't replace it. You still use DAT or Truckstop to find loads, but Freigent handles the evaluation and booking.
Setting Up Integrations
Most integrations take under 5 minutes:
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Find your provider
- Click Connect
- Authorize the connection (OAuth for most, API key for some)
- Data starts flowing
No technical setup required. If you can log into your ELD or accounting software, you can connect it to Freigent.
Data Security
All integration data is:
- Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
- Stored in your organization's isolated database
- Accessible only to your team members
- Never shared with other carriers or third parties
- Compliant with data retention policies
