Freigent centralizes all carrier communication — broker emails, driver messages, team chat — in one place. The AI handles routine communication so you don't have to type the same status update email 50 times a day.

Email Integration

Connect your existing email (Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP provider) and Freigent:

  • Shows all your email in a unified inbox
  • AI reads incoming messages and categorizes them (load offer, status request, payment inquiry, etc.)
  • AI drafts responses based on context (load status, rate negotiation, invoice follow-up)
